Atlanta-based VP, of Corporate Development/Sales and Marketing Phillip Peacock has applied his vast industry knowledge, which he honed during more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector to Global Healthcare Resource, since early 2007.

Peacock’s forte is healthcare services outsourcing, and he has dedicated his professional career to designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies with an operational support for a myriad of successful healthcare services companies. Now he has applied his ambitious expansion strategy to Global’s Sales/Marketing and support offices, while continuing the company’s international development.

Often asked why he has chosen to make a career move to international outsourcing, Peacock cites his study of Thomas L. Friedman’s 2005 The World is Flat, which details a flux in the global marketplace and the push toward Chinese and Indian outsourcing.

Strategic analysis of existing markets gives Peacock a fresh approach to healthcare outsourcing that includes servicing highly targeted niche markets. It is Peacock’s focused strategy combined with his innate passion and attention to the ‘big picture’ that makes him such an invaluable commodity at Global.

Peacock relies on a mutually beneficial partnership in an outsourcing relationship. And commits to individualize and seamlessly integrate the outsourcing experience for each member of the company’s expanding customer base.  Furthermore, he currently has plans to introduce additional product lines within Global’s market, providing value-added services to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.

As a well-respected start-up strategist for companies including National Healing Corporation and Corning Clinical Laboratories, Peacock has been influential in developing and marketing outsourced healthcare resources through consistent brand management and partnership cultivation. Peacock recruited, trained, and led the top sales team at Corning Clinical Laboratories four consecutive years, and was then charged with developing a joint venture sales team.  Peacock brings the same highly motivated mentality and experience to his role at Global.

Peacock enjoys travel, golf, fishing and hiking.  The newest addition to his family is his Yellow Lab, Junah.
