When a new practice is added or the client needs support with their existing providers, Global prepares consultative services involving various customized billing processes. We work with the new or expanded practice linking our skilled knowledgably personnel and the practices administrative manager.
The services that we currently offer to Practice managers are as follows:
Extensive research of the medical specialties and thorough analysis of the practice are done even before we take the process from the Client.
Billing Manuals containing client policies and procedures of each practice are created at the transition stage itself, based on the research and analysis carried out at the initial piloting and transition level. These manuals are updated periodically based on the input received on a daily basis by the practice and our operations team; and are used as guiding tools by every employee working in the practice.
The Practice Groups and the individual physicians are enrolled with insurance carriers and all the required credentialing procedures are carried out effectively to facilitate faster process of medical claims at higher reimbursement rates.
The original revenue pattern of the Client is identified and a strategy is developed in order to work towards the goal of achieving at least a minimum of 10% revenue increase. To achieve this goal, the Revenue Cycle is monitored continuously and relevant measures are implemented when needed.
In depth reports are generated and after required analysis is complete the Global team develops solutions to collect the accurate revenue. Detailed daily and weekly information are also provided to the Clients per guidelines in the Scope of Work (SOW) agreement as well as the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Every possible method is adopted to make sure that the quality of work in Global is Six Sigma managed and ISO measured. We have dedicated staff that have over site and are in charge of the quality of that particular team's work.
Provider, patient & insurance records are maintained in a disciplined manner, secured by tools of advanced technology. We are completely HIPAA compliant and every staff in Global has been trained to strictly adhere to the HIPAA regulations. Electronic documents containing sensitive patient & physician details like names, SSN, DOB, address etc are password protected and the hard copies are shredded regularly after usage.
