Client Success Consultant

Paola Turchi brings over 20 years of revenue cycle and software implementation and optimization expertise to Global Healthcare Resource. As a Client Success Consultant, she is responsible for improving client outcomes by maximizing the adoption and utilization of Global's offerings, as well as enhancing products to better serve our valued partners.

Paola has a degree in Business Administration and Master’s in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Professional Coder through the AAPC, a Fellow Healthcare Financial Professional through HFMA, and a Fellow Certified Medical Practice Executive through the American College of Medical Practice Executives at MGMA. She obtained her Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of California, Irvine and earned her Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. For the past several years, Paola has provided consulting services to over 250 practices ranging from one-doctor specialty practices to large 1200 physicians IDNs.

 In the community, Paola volunteers with the American Field Services Intercultural Programs and is an active member of the HFMA South Texas Chapter, where she serves as a Director and the Certifications Chair.

 Paola is married with two step-kids and three dogs. She loves to travel, dance, complete DIY projects around the house and is a complete foodie!
