With over 16 years of experience, Thom Abbott is a strategic sales leader who partners with healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician groups to identify high-impact opportunities for improvement across the revenue cycle. He specializes in designing scalable, results-driven information and revenue cycle solutions that enhance both provider operations and the patient financial experience, all while helping clients reduce costs and improve outcomes.

Thom has worked with many of the nation's leading hospitals, including a majority of the top 20 academic medical centers ranked by U.S. News & World Report. He brings deep expertise across a broad range of operational areas, including Health Information Management, End-to-End Revenue Cycle, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Coding, Denials, A/R, Call Center Support, Insurance Verification, Risk Adjustment, HCC, and both partial and full-service outsourcing.
